#8611: Multi Link Table - Link to Employee(s) and/or Community Member(s)ΒΆ
Introducing a new feature of the Multi Link Table functionality that now enables; Accident, Infection, Hazard, Feedback & Risk Records to be linked directly to TPP (Third Party Persons/Community Members) & Staff Members.This is particularly helpful with being able to link Hazards and Risk to individuals, as previously these record types could not be linked to a person.
System Administrator Navigation Pathway: My Settings > Security > Groups > Linked Records > (Accident, Infection, Hazard, Feedback or Risk Area )
(Note: default settings is that both Staff and Community linking is enabled)
Alongside this new feature is the ability to setup an alert that can be configured to notify the person that the record is being linked to.
